Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@dorastudio.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom products, including special orders and personalised items. If you have any questions about your specific item, please get in touch.
- Sale items and gift cards—these are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
To return your item, please email hello@dorastudio.co.uk, and we will provide the return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.
- If you are returning an item valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
